Following up test results is very important. If follow-up is required, we aim to contact you by text message or phone call, usually within two weeks of your test being completed. To receive text messages from the surgery, you must be opted in and have consented to text messaging.
If you have not heard from us after two weeks, please contact the surgery using the form below to follow up. We can email you a copy of your results, should you consent to this.
If a doctor or nurse has advised a return appointment to review results, it is advisable to contact the surgery in advance to ensure the results are available before attending.
Please note that results of tests ordered by hospital consultants do not routinely return to the surgery. In these cases, the consultant team will arrange a follow-up or review appointment directly with you.
